1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Licence to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, Coco Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the App or any part of it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, our systems or other users' devices;
• Use the App to control devices you do not own or are not authorised to control; or
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the App.

4. Device Compatibility & Connectivity

The App lets you control compatible Smart TVs and streaming devices over a shared WiFi network. We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with, or work with, every device, brand, model or network configuration. Functionality may depend on your device, your TV, your network and third-party software that is outside our control.

5. Third-Party Devices, Services & Trademarks

The App interacts with third-party devices and may include third-party services (such as advertising, analytics and app-store services). Your use of those devices and services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. AnyRemote is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TV manufacturer or brand. All product names, brands, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.

6. Advertising & In-App Purchases

The App may be offered free of charge and supported by advertising. We may also offer optional paid features or an ad-free version through your app store. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by Coco Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the App to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coco Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Coco Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
